You must notify pk4444's customer support team immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to your account, unauthorised transactions, or compromise of your login credentials. pk4444 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to adequately secure your account credentials or your failure to promptly notify pk4444 of a security breach.
pk4444 will never contact you via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other channel to request your password, OTP code, or full payment details. Any communication purporting to be from pk4444 that requests such information should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our support team immediately.
pk4444 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. pk4444 does not apply any fees to player deposits. Deposits are credited to your pk4444 balance in real time upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. pk4444 cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
All deposit methods must be registered in your own legal name and must match the name on your pk4444 account. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted and will trigger a compliance review.

Bets submitted during a market suspension period may be rejected. pk4444 is not liable for delays or rejections in live bet acceptance arising from the inherent latency of live data feeds.

Consequences of Prohibited Conduct: Violation of any item in Section 10 may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, voiding of all pending bets and bonus balances, withholding of any balance pending investigation, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required.
